Pick Up:
Bartop and Stand – Will fit in most cars, SUV and Minivans.
Pedestal – Will fit in most small to midsize SUV, Minivans and enclosed Pickup Trucks.
Stand Up – Will fit in most midsize SUV, Minivans and enclosed Pickup Trucks.
Full Size – Will fit in Full Size SUV, Full Size Vans and enclosed Pickup Trucks.
U-Haul rents a enclosed trailer $29.99 per day.
Enterprise Van rents – a panel van $99.99 per day plus includes 200 free kms.
White Glove Delivery:
We can offer White Glove Delivery to your house or business within 2 hours of Cambridge.
White Glove includes:
-Scheduled delivery appointments.
-Professional handling by trained delivery teams.
-Placement of the shipment inside the customer’s location (not just at the door).
-Optional unpacking and packaging removal.
Approx price for White Glove Delivery is $149/Hr plus fuel.
Shipping:
Arcade, Pinball and Claw Machines will be LTL Shipping. LTL Shipping will be Curbside Delivery Only. If Curbside Delivery is not available for remote or limited access destinations shipping will go to the nearest Depot. The customer will need to arrange further transportation themselves, or pick up the arcade/pinball/claw machine from the depot within 48 hours to avoid storage fees. The buyers are responsible to ensure that all shipping information is correct. The Home Arcade will not be held responsible for any incorrect or incomplete address resulting in returned product or additional fees.
Shipping fees do not include extra or additional services requested by the customer at the time of delivery. All additional or extra services requested at the time of delivery by the customer are the financial responsibility of the customer. Additional or Extra Services include, but not limited to:
-Inside Delivery
-Re-Delivery Fees
-Return Shipment Fees
-Weekend or After Business hours Delivery
Deposits & Payments:
A 50% deposit is required when you place your order. The balance will be paid in full when you pick up your cabinet. If you require the cabinet to be shipped, full payment is required before cabinet is released to the transport company. Due to E-Transfer limits smaller pre-payments can be sent then password provided at time or pick up, delivery or shipping.
Deposits can be made via Cash, E-transfer, Interac or Credit Card.

Square online payments require 24-48 hours before shipping or pickup.

Credit card payments will be charged a 2.40% fee using the credit card or 2.40% online.
Warranty Policy:
The Home Arcade’s products are built with reliability, dependability and durability and are covered by a full warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If at any time, your arcade system breaks down during the warranty period, simply send it back to our facility for warranty repair.
We try to test as many games as we can, but with over 13,000 games we can not test each game. Sometimes the game developer will choose different game input (joystick / buttons) then the traditional format. If a game does not work, let us know and we will find a solution. We do not guarantee that every single game will work.
All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and life time technical support. The warranty does not apply to resellers or if you transfer ownership of the machine to another party. Warranty is not transferable. Any shipping/freight charges relating to a warranty repair will be the customer’s sole responsibility, unless otherwise noted.
If replacement parts become discontinued/unavailable, the closest match will be used.
Physical damage or water damage will render all warranties void.

Terms of Service Policy:
The Home Arcade manufactures Full Size, Stand Up and Pedestal cabinet with coin doors for aesthetic purposes only. We notify customers the legality of any multi-game arcade PCB board and the absence of legal license to operate the arcade in a commercial setting to generate revenue. The Home Arcade equips all arcade cabinets with a Free Play Button as the systems are not designed or sold for commercial use. The product has been designed for a specific personal use of applications. This product may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited. In no event shall The Home Arcade be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the misuse of it’s products. The Home Arcade will also not be liable for any punitive damages, fines, or legal action in accordance with the customers local gaming laws.
Payments & Refunds:
The Home Arcade does not offer any refunds once deposit/payment has been made. All machines are custom built and deposit/payment is put towards materials once payment has been received. Orders will be considered cancelled and non refundable if final payment is not received within 14 days of final payment notification.
Arcade Cabinets, Virtual Pinball, Driving Cabinets are Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable after receipt of sale has been confirmed.
