Warranty & Terms of Service


Warranty Policy:

The Home Arcade’s products are built with reliability, dependability and durability and are covered by a Full Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If at any time, your arcade system breaks down during the warranty period, simply send it back to our facility for warranty repair.

We try to test as many games as we can, but with over 13,000 games we can not test each game. Sometimes the game developer will choose different game input (joystick / buttons) then the traditional format. If a game does not work, let us know and we will find a solution. We do not guarantee that every single game will work.

All of our products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty and life time technical support. The warranty does not apply to resellers or if you transfer ownership of the machine to another party. Warranty is not transferable. Any shipping/freight charges relating to a warranty repair will be the customer’s sole responsibility, unless otherwise noted.

If replacement parts become discontinued/unavailable, the closest match will be used.

Physical damage or water damage will render all warranties void.

Terms of Service Policy:

The Home Arcade manufactures Full Size, Stand Up and Pedestal cabinet with coin doors for aesthetic purposes only. We notify customers the legality of any multi-game arcade PCB board and the absence of legal license to operate the arcade in a commercial setting to generate revenue. The Home Arcade equips all arcade cabinets with a Free Play Button as the systems are not designed or sold for commercial use. The product has been designed for a specific personal use of applications. This product may not be used for unlawful purposes and that use is expressly prohibited. In no event shall The Home Arcade be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the misuse of it’s products. The Home Arcade will also not be liable for any punitive damages, fines, or legal action in accordance with the customers local gaming laws.

Payments and Refunds:

The Home Arcade does not offer any refunds once deposit/payment has been made.  All machines are custom built and deposit/payment is put towards materials once payment has been received.  Orders will be considered cancelled and non refundable if final payment is not received within 14 days of final payment notification.
